Delete empty folder set?

How do you delete an empty folder set?

There's no way to do this at the moment, but the good news is that each folder set is only a few bytes on the disk, so having it around is not an issue with regards to hard disk space.

No, there is no way, as it would then make the folder sets obsolete. The main purpose of the folder sets is that there is no way to figure out if there are more then one folders sets or not.
If you see it different let me know so that we can evaluate your input.
