I wanted to try Espionage but can't install. I get:

Couldn't start helper
Could not load Espionage's helper, got error:
Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=1 UserInfo=0x36ecd0 "launchctl: Couldn't stat("/Users/xxx/Library/LaunchAgents/com.taoeffect.EspionageHelper.plist"): No such file or directory
nothing found to load
"
Try restarting, or contact support (include this message).

I tried to restart but no success. What can I do?
Thanks.

I have the same issue on Snow Leopard (32bit Kernel) on a MacPro4.1 - Contacted support about this issue an hour ago.

This looks like it could be a permissions related issue with this folder:

   /Users/[your username]/Library/LaunchAgents

You can modify the permissions on that folder using this utility:

   http://www.macchampion.com/arbysoft/Bat ... nload.html

1) Download BatChmod
2) Open it and drag the LaunchAgents folder onto the BatChmod window
3) Make sure that for "Owner" it says your username, and that the checkboxes for RWX are checked
4) Check all of the checkboxes where it says "Options", including "Change ownership and privileges"
5) Click Apply and enter your admin password if prompted
6) Run Espionage again

If that doesn't help let us know.

Kind regards,
Greg, Tao Effect

An alternative method to try (if the above doesn't work), is mentioned here.
