UNINSTALL: Can't tell helper to restore folders ...
« on: December 14, 2010, 07:30:59 AM »
Hi,
i have a Big Problem. After the Trial Period i would like to unsinstall Espionage with the uninstaller. But it is not working:
The following message appears: Can't tell helper to restore folders because it's not running!

How can i restore my encrypted folders?

At the moment, there are three folders:
- This Folder contains encrypted Data
- It is controlled by Espionage
- Do not modify in this state.

What can I do?

Thanks for Answers!

Hi Blake,

Try resetting Espionage and then restarting. After you restart, you'll need to re-add that folder into Espionage so that it's aware of it. Once it's re-added, then remove the folder from Espionage to restore it.

Kind regards,
