Disk image cannot be stored in the mounting point

Help please!

I upgraded from Espionage 2 to 3.  Decrypted the folders and removed Espionage 2.  Trying to add the same folders to Espionage 3 gives the above message.  Trying other test folders in other locations also gives this message.
