Thanks anyways.

Great, thanks!

However, running into a small problem.  I made the purchase but the app won't let me replace my old v.3 license with the new one.
What's your best course of action to do this?

Dear Tao Effect,

I saw the e-mail about purchasing a "lifetime Espionage license" and wanted to know whether or not this means a lifetime license for all future upgrades beyond version 3... i.e. 4, 5. etc.

Espionage 3 / Lifetime Upgrade License

Dear Tao Effect,

Can't remember if I purchased the Lifetime Upgrade License when I bought Espionage 2.
How do I verify this?

Espionage 2 / Re: App glitch with Espionage

Hello?  Is anyone out there?

Espionage 2 / App glitch with Espionage
« on: January 08, 2012, 07:34:29 PM »
I have my Mail app protected under Espionage and earlier today I accidentally clicked on it without meaning to.
I cancelled the Espionage dialog box that asked for my password.
Later in the day I had to check my Mail and when I clicked on it, the Mail or the Espionage App would not respond.

My question is:
If I ever have to cancel Espionage that is protecting an application, how do I open it later without having to restart the computer for Espionage to recognize the application again?

Espionage 2 / Lion compatible?
« on: August 16, 2011, 01:47:43 PM »
Quick question.  I just upgraded to Lion and I can see that there's some compatibility issues Espionage is having with Lion.  Will you be making a Lion compatible one soon?

Thanks for the great product!

Espionage 2 / Feature Request

Dear TaoEffect,

Every I scan my MAC for viruses using Intego Virus Scanner, the scanner requires me to unlock all the folders in order for it to scan and check each file.

Can you build into the next update a "unlock all folders" option (of course if they use the same password)?  I use the same password to lock about 30 different folders...

Espionage 2 / Changing Master Password

I've seen the FAQ on how to reset the password but is there a way to change the Master Password within the program without the reset password process?

Espionage 2 / Parallels/VM Fusion/BootCamp question
« on: December 17, 2009, 02:54:57 PM »
These two questions goes out to everyone:

1. Has anyone tried to access one of the "secured locked folders" while in Parallels or VM Ware Fusion?
2. Same as above except using Boot Camp for MAC and accessing the "secured locked folders" while in Windows XP Pro?

In either case, what happens when you do try to access one of these locked and encrypted folders?

Espionage 2 / Path Finder compatibility
« on: December 14, 2009, 05:13:05 PM »
So far this product is perfect for what I need it for, however, I do have a question.

I've just recently installed Path Finder 5 on my MBP (running Snow Leopard) and every time I boot my computer up, Espionage keeps asking me to unlock a couple of my folders that Path Finder is trying to access at initial boot...

I went ahead and turned on the "Path Finder compatibility mode" in the Espionage preferences, but there is no difference.

I do not want Path Finder to be asking me to unlock folders through Espionage on initial boot, how do I stop this from happening?
