Cannot get rid of this program

I have removed Espionage - all traces on my computer - except for the icons in the applications folder. I cannot delete those because I am told Espionage is open and running. What do I have to do? How can I tell for sure if it is still running?

Hello, quit it from the padlock menu item.
If you would be so kind to share with us what did you not like about Espionage, this would help us to direct the future development in the right way.
