Scenario: None folder encrypted, Console system opened, itunes can not start until I encrypt any folder

Sounds like the associations got a bit out of sync, let's go ahead and fix that:
- Quit iTunes
- Add an empty folder to Espionage, and for "Choose Encryption" choose "No encryption"
- After the folder is added, click the Edit Application Associations button for that folder
- Add iTunes to the list of associations and click Done
- Remove the folder from Espionage
If that doesn't help, then try resetting Espionage (http://www.taoeffect.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=99#p229).
