Wont retore files or uninstall

I had the free trail version of espionage, the trial period ran out, and I went to uninstall the program and restore my files- however it does not work.
The uninstall window pops up and thats it, no progress- I've tried quitting, restarting, and uninstalling again, but the same problem arrises, what can I do to get my files back?

Hi pillowtalk, sorry to hear of the trouble, have you tried resetting Espionage?

If not, go ahead and try that. Follow all of the instructions in that link closely, make sure to re-add any encrypted folders to Espionage, and then remove them from Espionage (it will restore them upon removal).
