Title: Can't access to encrypted folder from VMWare Fusion
Post by: Dopamine on August 26, 2010, 07:08:27 AM
Hi!

Is it possible to work with encrypted folder from VMWare Fusion (Windows 7)? Espionage asks for a password, I enter it... And I see hidden folder ".myencryptedfoldername.sparsebundle" WITHOUT my files, but it contains folder "bands" and files Info.bckap, Info.plist and token. Where are my files?  :(

Hi Dopamine,

It might be, however the sparsebundle is not what you want, and it should be left untouched.

While we haven't tested Espionage with VMWare ourselves (because we don't have a copy of it), we have tested it with Parallels and it works there (http://www.taoeffect.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=173).
