I've just reinstalled my osx 10.6.8 and a select few programs that I really need. One of which is Espionage which keeps my MAIL folder ie. USERS/..LIBRARY/Mail locked when not in use. Now I cannot get it open. I've replaced the MAIL folder from my time machine backup as well as all the application settings for Espionage but I'm lost because I get a critical alert from Espionage saying it cannot find the folder. What am I neglecting to reinstall from my time machine backup that would let me open these folders?

Thanks,
S

Hello S, this is a bit of a mess, but we will try to bring it in order, first you have to answer me few questions so that I can determine the exact situation at your side:

- does Espionage complain about not being able to communicate with helper, or does it give any other error message?
- when you unlock Espionage, how many folder do you have in it?
- is the Mail and Mail Downloads folder listed, or the Mail application?
- if you do, are the checkboxes "enabled" and "locked" checked?
- when you click on the Mail folder inside your Library folder, does it prompt for password, or you can actually enter into it, where you see 3 folders named "these folder contain...."

Looking forward to your answers,

Zsolt
