What folders do i have to encrypt to make my firefox configuration and files like bookmarks etc secure?

It is simply a task which will make nobody happy. We cannot guarantee the folders we suggest today will work tomorrow, and we cannot guarantee there will be no (bad) side effect when protecting those folders.
However, ff you do some tests on your own, and encounter some particular problem, then we will try to assist you inside of a scope of our knowledge.
