Hi,
I installed Espionage3, it asked me for a password and did some setup stuff (can't remember all the details) but when I click on the icon nothing happens, and if I try and delete it says I can't delete because it is open.
If I run force quit then Espionage does not show up as a application.
Not sure what to do at this point.

You access Espionage V3 through the padlock menu item, it does not show up in the dock. If you click on it, it should open a window asking you to enter the master password you defined during the setup. Once unlocked, you can start to add folders to it.
I suggest you read the help through to get some understanding how Espionage works, it is not a long read.
