My trial ended so I uninstalled it but the folder is still locked, anyway around this?  :o

Thank you.

I'll be happy to help, but I'll need to know the answers to these questions:

- What do you mean it's still locked?
- What do you see inside the folder?
- How did you uninstall Espionage?

OK, thanks for the help.

Inside the folder now are three other folders:
Do not modify it in this state
 It is controlled by Espionage
  This folder contains encrypted data

I hit the uninstall button after it gave me the warning that the trial was over. At least I'm pretty sure that's what I did.

That's odd, yes it looks like the folder wasn't restored for one reason or another.

To restore it back you'll need to re-install Espionage (latest version), add the folder to Espionage (enter the folder's password), and then remove the folder from Espionage. Removing it from Espionage will restore it.

If that doesn't help then download and run this diagnostic tool, it will send us information about what went wrong:

Sorry, can you be more specific?  Saying "it didn't work" doesn't help us understand what went wrong.  If you would like, you can email us at our support address, and that way it will be easier for you to provide us with more helpful information (like screenshots, etc).
