CPU temperature

Does anyone know any tips to decrease the CPU temperature except from changing the CPU cooling fan? I changed my cpu cooling fan yesterday but after that the CPU's temperature is too high (67 degrees minimum). When it is overloaded (above 95 degrees) the PC restarts. Also I have to mention that the PC is in a non-aircondtioned room and is summer!
