handler called but record disabled

My drive filled up last night which has wreaked a bit of havoc. One of the apps I use Espionage with is Evernote (for sensitive items that don't sync with the cloud). Evernote was in a bad state so I quit it. Now when I try to open it:

A reboot cured my ills.
