Can't access to encrypted folder from VMWare Fusion

Is it possible to work with encrypted folder from VMWare Fusion (Windows 7)? Espionage asks for a password, I enter it... And I see hidden folder ".myencryptedfoldername.sparsebundle" WITHOUT my files, but it contains folder "bands" and files Info.bckap, Info.plist and token. Where are my files?

It might be, however the sparsebundle is not what you want, and it should be left untouched.
