Unable to access word document

Dear,
I have the following issue with the trial version of your product I have just installed:
I encrypted a folder containing some word and pdf files and now I am not able to access one specific word document. When I try to open it Word says it is unable to access it because it could be in use. If I copy the file out of the encrypted folder I manage to open it successfully. If I copy it back the issue re appears. I tried also to decrypt and re-encrypt the folder, rename the file, kill the finder application (as suggested in the forum for a similar problem), but the problem is still there. The other word docs or pdf files contained in the same encrypted folder) can be opened normally.

Do you have any clue?

This morning the problem has gone . The file is again fully accessible in the encrypted folder
I'll keep monitoring if it reoccurs.
