Multiple folders and apps might be unlocked and files might be wide open.

How can we properly lock everything in less than a second? Will pressing the power button be the only way?

Espionage does in fact have a "Lock All Folders" feature that is quickly accessible through the little Espionage icon in the global menu bar.
