How do I contact Tao Effect software?

I just purchased Espionage and am having trouble. I appear to have a version open yet it doesn't appear on my dock and doesn't appear when I rotate through open apps. I'd like to quit and reinstall since there seems to be some sort of a bug. I tried restarting the finder and that didn't help. I tried restarting the computer and that didn't help either. I don't see any way to contact the company by phone or email. If there's a way to do that, could someone let me know. It seems to me that contact information, like email addresses, should be easily found. If this is monitored by Tao Effect folks, please tell me how to get in touch with you.

Hi, which version of Espionage do you need help with, version 2 or version 3? If you're referring to Espionage 3, then check the top of your screen, the white menu bar, and see if you see what looks like a lock icon and click that. That's Espionage 3.
